- It took me weeks to build the courage to join the Yoga classes at the YMCA centre across the road from my new house! I decided to join and three years later… stronger, more flexible and 7 kilos lighter! I am professionally, emotionally and physically fulfilled and I want to share all of this with YOU! Now I am fully qualified Yoga teacher, a member of the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia and am currently teaching 6 Yoga classes of my own! The Yogi community must be one of the most tolerant, non-competitive, good vibe, harmonic and non-judgmental people I have ever come across. Unlike many other sports, it has a full background of understanding oneself and others, of bringing awareness to body and mind, of practising compassion, love and happiness. In my eBook 'Yoga for absolute beginners' I will try to help you understand a basic concept of Yoga with a simple fun guide based on questions, answers and anecdotes of how to start Yoga and overcome your own personal obstacles. It’s the abc of Yoga for beginners. So I invite you to join this beautiful path that will lead to plain happiness based in simplicity and easiness in every aspect of life!
